Water distribution will be going on again today from 2-7pm at our three locations: Whispering Woods Park (residents with 48315 zip code), Ford Field Central Park (residents with 48316 zip code) and River Bends Park the Ryan Rd. side (residents with 48317 zip code). Just a few reminders: The purpose of the water distribution is to meet the needs of residents who CANNOT boil their water for consumption. There is a limited quantity so it will be first come first serve WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Shelby Township WILL distribute water to seniors in need who are enrolled in the Meals on Wheels program and SMART transportation services. Because the supply is LIMITED, Shelby Township asks only residents that cannot sanitize their water by BOILING participate in the distribution program. Thank you for your cooperation.
