Police Officer - What we Offer:

  • Top Patrol Officer pay at 4 years - $86,869 (2025)
  • 12-hour shifts - Patrol guaranteed every other weekend off
  • Additional 2 hours paid each week for working 12-hour shifts ($4,343 annually)
  • Lateral transfers with 2 years experience start at $72,761 (2025)
  • Lateral transfers with 3 years experience start at $79,815 (2025)
  • $2,000 bonus once probation is finished
  • Expedited Field Training Program for lateral transfers
  • We accept 2 years military experience in lieu of educational requirements

Police Cadet - What we Offer:

  • $17.00 per hour
  • Up to 29 hours per week
  • Hands-on, real life experience in police work (work the front desk, booking prisoners, report writing)

  • Officer salary and benefits start once you began the academy
  • Part-time job in your career field while attending college
  • We accept 2 years military experience in lieu of educational requirements
  • We have sent 32 cadets to the police academy in the last six years
  • Opportunities Available - Projecting to sponsor 12-15 cadets in the Police Academy in the next 1-3 years
