On 3/24/21 our department spent several hours dealing with a critical incident within the Stonewyck Subdivision, requiring us to block roadways and evacuate homes.  We used all available resources and combined resources from the Sterling Heights Police Department and the Shelby Twp. Fire Department to attempt to resolve the situation as quickly and safely as possible.  Our administration wishes to thank our partner departments and the residents of that area for their patience, support and generosity during the long hours we were there.  This department is committed to ensuring public safety at all costs, and partnering with a community like ours makes it easier to accomplish those duties.
