Simone Powell (25yrs) was arraigned this afternoon on 4 felony charges in connection with a shooting that took place Saturday morning at the Fox Ln Apartments, located off West Utica Rd near Mound.  Warrant authorizations from the Macomb County Prosecutor Office included:

1) Assault With Intent To Do Great Bodily Harm Less Than Murder (10yrs)

2) Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property (10Yrs)

3) Felony Firearm (2Yrs)

4) Carrying Concealed Weapon (5yrs).

Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety
