911 dispatchers have a very important and stressful job. They are the calm in chaos and they are the first line of communication between people who call 911 and the Officers/Firefighters/medics who respond to those calls. They have to multitask, answer emergency and nonemergency calls and provide resources to assist those in need. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!
