Bensalem Police are investigating a theft that occurred at the Shoprite on April 20, 2023 at approximately 3:45 PM. It was reported that an unknown male was lurking around the victim's cart, reached into her purse and removed her wallet. The actor was described as a light skinned black male, who appears to be in his 50's, wearing a gray jeff cap and a black surgical mask.
