The Bensalem Police are investigating a retail theft that occurred at Target on 1/27/21 at approximately 12:15 PM. It was reported that an unknown male entered the electronics department and selected a Netgear AC16 Smart WiFi Router and an ARLO 1080P wire free doorbell camera and concealed the items in an Aldi shopping bag.  The male then proceeded past all final points of sale without paying. The male then fled the area on a Septa bus. The total value of the stolen items was $210. The actor is described as a Hispanic male, late 20's/early 30's, wearing a plaid fedora hat, black & gray jacket, jeans and black sneakers,
