BENSALEM POLICE ARREST CHILD PREDATOR WHO TRAVELED OVER AN HOUR TO HAVE A SEXUAL ENCOUNTER WITH A 12-YEAR-OLD
On Monday, July 16, 2023, Eliseo Caraballo, 35 years old from Kintnersville, PA, began conversing with an alleged 12-year-old female on a social media app. The two would continue to message one another over the course of several days. During those chats, Caraballo asked the juvenile numerous sexually-charged questions and began indicating that he wanted to engage in sexual acts with her. On numerous occasions, Caraballo asked the juvenile for nude photographs of herself and also sent her an explicit photograph of his genitals.
On July 27, 2023, Caraballo arranged to meet the 12-year-old female for a sexual encounter. Caraballo traveled from his home in Kintnersville, PA. Bensalem Police were waiting at the location of the meet and took Caraballo into custody. Caraballo was found to have condoms and candy in his possession.
Eliseo Caraballo was charged with Attempted Rape and Indecent Assault of a Child Under the Age of 13, Corruption of Minors, and related offenses. He was arraigned by District Justice Daniel Baranoski, denied bail, and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Their proactive approach to identifying and apprehending these dangerous predators will go a long way in preventing the victimization of countless children in the future. Additionally, we extend our appreciation to the FBI Child Exploitation & Human Trafficking Task Force and the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Our partnership with these groups strengthens our commitment to our community members, particularly in protecting our children.
