On Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 1:39 PM, the white male pictured, entered the Target Store on Rockhill Drive and selected numerous bottles of Similac Formula. Bensalem Police were advised that he exited the store without paying for the formula and got into an older red pick-up truck and fled the scene. This criminal has hit numerous times in our area.
