Bensalem detectives conducted a fraud investigation where 2 subjects used stolen personal information and falsified identification cards to obtain a loan at a bank in the township.  One actor was arrested at the bank and the other has been identified as Damian Dabney.  An arrest warrant was issued by District Justice Gallagher.
