On Sunday, September 20, 2026, at approximately 3:57 a.m., Bensalem Police officers responded to a reported retail theft at the Wawa located at 2250 Lincoln Highway. Officers located the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Dominic Knox from Philadelphia, at the bus stop in front of the store and took him into custody.

During a search incident to arrest, officers recovered marijuana and a black Glock 17 9mm handgun equipped with a device commonly known as an automatic switch and a tan extended magazine.

Knox, who is currently on probation for a previous firearm charge in Philadelphia, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Terrance Hughes Sr. Judge Hughes set Knox's bail at 10% of $250,000, and he was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
