What a great day for the Bensalem Township Annual Fall Festival. If you weren't there this year, we hope to see you next year as you missed out on a perfect day with lots of food, music, shows and things for the kids to do AND....you missed out on Jango's blooper, but, he came back like a champ and finished the job. If you did miss it, enjoy the video below.
Bensalem Police would like to acknowledge the retirement of Lieutenant McGinity, Sergeant Cowden, and Detective Hayden from the K9 unit. Their many years of service were recognized at the fall festival along with their K9 partners. We also welcomed new officers to the K9 unit, Officer Gallagher, Officer Gohl and Officer Martinka. The K9 show was very well attended and everyone had a great time seeing them show off their many skills.
The Bensalem Township Motor Patrol Unit practiced many hours to prepare for their spectacular show that was filled with daring stunts that amazed all in attendance. The motor patrol unit also welcomed a new member to the fold, Officer Flanagan.
Thank you to everyone who helped to make this years Fall Festival a huge success and thank you to all of the residents who attended. We hope to see everyone next year!!
