Bensalem Police were advised of a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) cybertip that showed someone at Salem Crossing Apartments, 3550 Old Street Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 was attempting to obtain pornographic images of children through the internet. Bensalem Detectives were able to narrow the location to an apartment that was occupied by Raul "Christian" Sandoval Jr., 34 years old, and Raul Sandoval Sr., 58 years old.
On March 12, 2026, Bensalem Detectives obtained and served a search warrant on the residence and seized an HP Desktop Computer owned by Raul Sandoval Jr. and a phone owned by Raul Sandoval Sr. A forensic examination of the contents of the son's computer hard drive revealed over 100 images of females approximately 6-12 years old posing nude with some showing prepubescent females engaging in sex with males. An examination of the father's phone revealed multiple images of child pornography, with images of a female approximately 10-11 years old nude, and images of a prepubescent female having sex with an adult male.
Bensalem Detectives obtained arrest warrants for father and son, charging each with Sexual Abuse of Children (Abuse Material) and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.
On Thursday, April 2, 2026, Raul Sandoval Sr. and Raul Sandoval Jr. turned themselves in to the Bensalem Police. Father and son were arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after bail was set at 10% of $2,000,000 each.
