On May 20, 2026, Bensalem Police arrested 39-year-old William Hagan following an investigation into the reported sexual assault of a known juvenile. Hagan was charged with Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Indecent Assault, and Corruption of a Minor.

Hagan was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Joseph Falcone, who set bail at $10,000,000.00. Hagan was subsequently remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

The Bensalem Township Police Department will not be releasing any additional information regarding this arrest or incident at this time.
