Corporal Noah Pultro was honored for his life-saving actions during an incident on January 8, 2026. Corporal Pultro was the first officer to arrive at the scene of a shooting at the Top of the Ridge trailer park. Upon arrival, he located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper left arm. His immediate actions directly contributed to the victim's full recovery.
