Congratulations to Lt. Andrew Zabierowski and Sgt. Matthew Tobie on their graduation from the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University.

Alongside fellow law enforcement leaders from across the region, they successfully completed this rigorous 10-week management program, which focuses on leadership, organizational behavior, strategic planning, and the effective delivery of police services. The program is widely recognized for preparing law enforcement supervisors to meet the evolving challenges of modern policing.

We look forward to Lt. Zabierowski and Sgt. Tobie returning to their assignments and applying their expanded knowledge and leadership skills in service to our community.
