On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Pawel Sudol, 44, North Wales, PA, began a conversation on a social media/dating app with what he believed to be a 13-year-old female. Sudol quickly expressed a sexual/romantic interest in the child despite acknowledging her age. Over the next few weeks, he told her that he wanted to kiss her all over her body and "make love" to her. He reiterated over and over how he would kiss every inch of her body and have sexual intercourse with her when they met.
Pawel Sudol planned to meet with the child after he finished work on October 7, 2025, and mentioned that he wanted to shower with her. He then drove from his home in North Wales and bought the child flowers at a Giant Supermarket. He arrived at her residence with the flowers but drove away before the meeting could take place. On Sunday, November 2, 2025, he arrived at the juvenile's home unannounced, but she was not home. No children were in danger during this investigation.
Bensalem Police obtained an arrest warrant for Pawel Sudol, charging him with Attempted Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse, Attempted Statutory Sexual Assault, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Corruption of Minors, and related offenses. On Monday, November 3, 2025, Bensalem Police, assisted by New Britain Township Police, arrested Pawel Sudol at his place of employment. Pawel Sudol was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $2,000,000 bail.
The Bensalem Township Police Department remains committed to protecting children from online predators and bringing those who prey on them to justice.
