The Bucks County District Attorney's Office received a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The report stated that a Snapchat user saved, shared, and/or uploaded child sexual abuse material through a Snapchat account. During the investigation, Kyle Binder, of Harting Circle, Warminster, was identified as the owner of the account in question. A search warrant was obtained for the Snapchat account records, and numerous graphic images and videos were discovered that depicted prepubescent females naked and engaging in various sexual acts.
A further investigation showed that Kyle Binder also stayed at a residence on Cavalier Court, Bensalem. Bensalem Detectives assisted Bucks County Detectives in obtaining a search warrant for that residence, as well as three mobile devices tied to the Snapchat account. A forensic examination of those devices revealed numerous videos and images of prepubescent males and females performing various sexual acts.
On Thursday, September 25, 2025, Kyle Binder turned himself in at the Bensalem Township Police Department after Bucks County and Bensalem Detectives charged him with Sexual Abuse of Children (Dissemination of Photos/Videos), Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, and related charges. He was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $500,000 bail.
