On Thursday, May 7, 2026, Landon McMahon turned himself in at the Bensalem Township Police Department on his active warrant. He was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone on the Firearms charges in Bensalem and the fleeing and eluding charges in Middletown Township. He was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $125,000 bail on the Bensalem charges and 10% of $75,000 bail on the Middletown charges.

On Monday, April 27, 2026, Bensalem Township Police responded to Asad’s Hot Chicken, located at 2568 Knights Road in Bensalem Township, for a report of a gunshot fired inside the bathroom. Upon arrival, officers located a hole in the wall and bullet fragments on the floor.
Bensalem Police Detectives responded to assist with the investigation. As part of the investigation, detectives reviewed CCTV footage from inside the restaurant and utilized township intersection cameras and License Plate Reader (LPR) technology. Through these efforts, police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Landon McMahon of Yardley, PA, who fled the scene in a newer-model Infiniti sedan.
Bensalem Police obtained an arrest warrant for McMahon, charging him with Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License, and other related offenses.
The Middletown Police Department later attempted to conduct a traffic stop of McMahon while he was operating the Infiniti sedan; however, he fled from police.
