Bensalem Police were called to the Neshaminy Mall for the report of a credit card fraud in progress.  When officers arrived at the T-Mobile store, Scardy Dominque was in possession of a credit card that did not match his identification card.  When officers attempted to handcuff him he fought with them aggressively in an attempt to get away.   After assaulting an officer he was able to escape and run from the mall.  Officers then pursued him on foot but lost him in the area of the Neshaminy Square Shopping Center.

A Bensalem Township K-9 officer began a track and quickly located Scardy Dominque hiding in the brush behind the Neshaminy Square Shopping Center across the street from the mall.  He was taken into custody, arraigned by District Justice Kline and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
