Emad Manna had a warrant out of Bensalem for a retail theft on February 6, 2017 at the Sears store in the Neshaminy Mall.  Philadelphia Police picked him up on the warrant today.  He was arraigned by District Justice Falcone and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail in the amount of $70,000/10%.
