On December 27, 2024, at approximately 8:32 PM, it was reported that a female victim attempted to deposit in the ATM at the PNC Bank located at 3707 Hulmeville Rd. in Bensalem Township.  The female had trouble depositing at the ATM, and an unknown male driving a Gray Minivan offered to help the female.  The deposit transaction was not completed, and the female left the bank, mistakenly leaving her debit card and PIN number behind.  Afterward, the suspect at the ATM took the female’s PNC debit card and made numerous unauthorized transactions on the debit card.  The suspect had two accomplices who used this PNC debit card to make two unauthorized money order purchases at the United States Post Office at 9925 Bustleton Ave in Philadelphia on December 28, 2024.
