On Sunday, June 28, 2026, at approximately 5:49 a.m., Bensalem Township Police responded to the Knights Inn, located at 2707 Lincoln Highway, to conduct a welfare check. Information had been received that a 15-year-old female from Philadelphia had met an unknown male the previous day and was now at the Knights Inn with him.
Police located the vehicle the female was believed to have been picked up in parked in front of one of the motel rooms. Officers made contact with the 15-year-old juvenile, who was inside the room with the male, identified as 30-year-old Jurabek Musinov of Brooklyn, New York.
The investigation revealed that Musinov met the juvenile at a Walmart in Philadelphia the previous night. While inside the store, they exchanged Instagram usernames and immediately began communicating through social media. At approximately 1:00 a.m., Musinov picked the juvenile up near her home and took her to the Knights Inn to engage in sexual acts.
Musinov was charged with Statutory Sexual Assault (F1), Unlawful Contact with a Minor (F1), Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercouse (F1), Aggravated Indecent Assault (F2), and Corruption of Minors (F3).
Musinov was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Daniel Baranoski, who set Musinov's bail at 10% of $150,000.00. Musinov was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
While Musinov was in police custody, Bensalem Police received an immigration detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after it was determined that he was in the United States illegally.
