Bensalem Police have charged 59-year-old Larry Ferreira, owner of Bagelocity Soup King, with Indecent Assault and Harassment stemming from multiple instances of inappropriate behavior involving employees of the store.

Bensalem Police were contacted by a former employee who reported ongoing workplace harassment and inappropriate conduct by Ferreira. A follow-up investigation was conducted by Bensalem Detectives, who interviewed several current and former employees. They reported similar behavior by Ferreira, which included inappropriate physical contact with female employees, sexual harassment both in person and via cellphone communication, and ongoing verbal abuse spanning several years.
