Attention parents and students! Join the City of Golden and Jeffco Public Schools Wednesday May 3^rd for Move to School Day!, This is an annual event to promote biking and walking as a safe, healthy, and fun way to get to school. Biking and walking to school can help reduce traffic congestion and air pollution near schools, and promote physical activity and good health.

We encourage all students and parents to participate in Move to School Day this year. Plan a safe route, walk with friends or join a walking group, and remember to follow traffic safety rules, such as using crosswalks, looking both ways before crossing the street, and wearing bright or reflective clothing.
