Field Training Officer Program

Field Training Officers (FTO) serve a vital role in the police department.  FTO's are experienced officers that train 3 phases of the field training program.  These duties include training officers on report writing, evidence collection, investigation of crime, driving skill, radio use, patrol techniques and various other tasks that police officers must complete on a daily basis.   FTO's complete these tasks in addition to their daily requirements for the department.
