Do you recognize this person? 

Golden Police are seeking information on the identification of the person in this video. The person appears to be a white male, 20s-30s in age, with blonde hair and a full beard at the time of incident. The male was captured on surveillance video cutting the lock off of a tool box and removing several tools valued at over $3000 total. The video attached is an edited copy to provide best view of the male's face.
