On April 24, 2025, at approximately 1655 hours, Fremont County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) Patrol Deputies spotted a vehicle associated with Jesse Weaver, a 38-year-old male with multiple warrants for his arrest. FCSO Detectives and Patrol Deputies, along with Canon City Police Department Detectives and Officers, maintained visual contact with the suspect vehicle. Jesse Weaver was positively identified and taken into custody without incident. It is suspected that Mr. Weaver had eluded FCSO Deputies and Detectives multiple times in the last two weeks. Mr. Weaver will be booked on the following warrants for his arrest:

• Felony Domestic Violence, Assault in the 2nd Degree, Stalking, Criminal Mischief, Reckless Driving - Canon City Police Department
• Flight - Escape, Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office
• Failure to Comply - Controlled Substance Possession - Canon City Police Department
• Obstructing a Peace Officer, Failure to Display Proof of Insurance, Driving under revocation, Vehicular Eluding, Fictitious Plates - Fremont County Sheriff’s Office
• Parole Violation, Burglary - Department of Corrections

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
