Fingerprinting Services

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office is ONLY fingerprinting for Concealed Handgun permit applicants, Sex Offender registration and Court Ordered Prints.

Sex Offender / Court Ordered fingerprinting

Hours – Monday through Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m.

**Closed weekends and holidays**

A photo ID is required before fingerprints will be done (we must confirm the person being fingerprinted). Forms of identification accepted include: a Colorado driver’s license, state issued identification cards, passports or military identification cards. For court order prints you must bring the required court documents.

Concealed handgun applicant fingerprinting

Concealed handgun applicant fingerprinting is processed by appointment only (see Concealed handgun permits)

Public fingerprinting

Administered through the Statewide Digital Fingerprint Process (CABS).  Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI) has selected one local vendors to provide public fingerprinting services for background checks.
