Inmate Property

The inmate must submit an inmate authorization form to the property section. An appointment needs to be made with the property deputy for picking up property.
Photo identification is required when receiving the released property.
Property will not be released to another person without the inmate’s written permission. The inmate will be asked to release excessive or valuable property to a family member or friend.
Court clothing for inmates will only be accepted by transport staff within 72 hours of a jury trial.

Effective March 1, 2005, underclothing will no longer be accepted.
