INMATE PROPERTY

• The inmate must submit an inmate authorization form to the property section. An appointment needs to be made with the property deputy for picking up property.
• Photo identification is required when receiving the released property.
• Property will not be released to another person without the inmate’s written permission. The inmate will be asked to release excessive or valuable property to a family member or friend.
• Court clothing for inmates will only be accepted by transport staff within 72 hours of a jury trial.

Effective March 1, 2005, underclothing will no longer be accepted.
