The Golden Police Department invites you to our annual National Night Out event from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6th in Parfet Park on the corner of 10th Street and Washington Avenue in Golden, Colorado. Join us for live music, performances, raffle prizes, free food, and drink, and much more!

National Night Out is an annual community event that promotes police-community partnerships in a fun and relaxing environment.

National Night Out (NNO) is a crime/drug prevention event held in communities nationwide. NNO has proven to be an effective and enjoyable program to promote police-community partnerships. The event joins together citizens, law enforcement agencies, community groups, business, and local officials to stamp out crime.

National Night Out Goals

• Heighten crime and drug prevention
• Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime programs
• Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
• Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back

National Night Out is always held the first Tuesday in August.
