The East Side Grove Community, in partnership with the New Castle Police Department, the City of New Castle, DON, Marla Brown's Office, and numerous local businesses and community organizations, invites residents to attend National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Activities will be centered around the New Castle Police Station, 303 E. North Street, New Castle, PA. National Night Out brings neighbors together to strengthen community relationships, promote public safety, and celebrate the partnerships that make our neighborhoods stronger. 

The event will feature: 

• Free food • Games and activities for all ages • Emergency vehicle demonstrations • Giveaways • Opportunities to meet local first responders and community organizations 

• A Balloon Water Battle with the New Castle Police Department o Ages 10 and under: Begins at 6:30 p.m. o Ages 11 and older: Begins at 7:00 p.m. The Balloon Water Battle is expected to be one of the evening's biggest attractions, giving children, teens, and adults the opportunity to cool off while enjoying a fun-filled, friendly competition with members of the New Castle Police Department. 

     The event is free and open to the public, and residents of all ages are encouraged to attend. Whether you're coming for the food, games, emergency vehicle demonstrations, giveaways, or to take on the New Castle Police Department in the Balloon Water Battle, there will be something for everyone to enjoy while celebrating community spirit and strengthening neighborhood connections.
