Wanted Man Flees, Arrested On 43 Charges

Suspect Held At House of Corrections


 -  On February 26th officers attempted to stop a vehicle on West Main Street. The operator, later identified as Robert Willey of Warner, accelerated and failed to stop for officers. While the suspect was fleeing the operator nearly stuck an adult and child walking across a small bridge. The suspect was eventually taken into custody and booked on warrants out of Antrim, Bennington, and Henniker.

The defendant was held and transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections on 43 charges which included new charges stemming from the pursuit.

As a result of the actions of the defendant, a Hillsboro cruiser sustained damage resulting in Willey being charged. 

*All parties involved are presumed innocent until proven guilty on all 43 charges in a court of law.
