On May 29th, at approximately 1:05pm, Officer Vaillancourt and Officer Gallant who was working a grant funded NH Highway Safety patrol made a motor vehicle stop for failure to use required turn signal. During the roadside investigation, K-9 Dice alerted to the vehicle having drugs inside. This car stop and further information led to an arrest warrant for DANIEL KRAMER, 37 of Deering and a Search Warrant being issued for his residence. Hillsboro Police with the help of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Antrim Police Department, Henniker Police Department and Newbury Police Department, were able to conduct a high-risk motor vehicle stop on KRAMER later on in the evening. KRAMER and two other occupants were taken into custody without further incident. The search warrant was then executed at his residence in the Town of Deering. During the execution of the search warrant of his residence evidence of manufacturing, sales and possession of controlled substances, to include suspected Fentanyl, Crack Cocaine, and Marijuana were found, along with hundreds of assorted prescription pills, street pressed pills, multiple firearms, tools and parts to manufacture firearms. KRAMER was charged with various felonies to include, the sale of controlled drugs, possession of controlled drugs, possession of firearms by a convicted felon, and common nuisance. This investigation led to the arrest of 7 people on various drug related and warrant charges.
KRAMER was arraigned today in the 6th Circuit Court - Hillsborough, where he was ordered held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on preventative detention pending future court hearings.
