On April 10, 2023, at approximately 2:10pm, Hillsboro Police responded to the Hillsboro-Deering High School for a suspicious person that was threatening students as they were leaving for the day.  With the assistance of the Henniker Police, we were able to locate and arrest, Shawn Mitchell DOB: 10/30/96 of Henniker.  Henniker Police had a warrant for Shawn for a previous issue. 

Hillsboro Police charged Shawn with 4 counts of criminal threatening and 1 count disorderly conduct.  He was held at the Merrimack House of Corrections where he will be arraigned in front of a Judge on April 11, 2023.
