Arrest Made - Front-End Loader Recovered 

On July 18, 2023, a concerned citizens called the Hillsboro Police Department to report that a Front-End Loader was parked in the handicap parking spot at McDonald's.  The citizen reported that the operator had no shoes or shirt on.  Hillsboro Police responded and located the operator, who was identified as PHINEAS FOGG from Washington.  Mr. FOGG was arrested for receiving stolen property as the loader was stolen and driven from Concord to Hillsboro.  We appreciate the public’s assistance.
