Congratulations to Officer Smith, pictured to the right of Chief Parsons, on graduating from the 16-week New Hampshire Police Academy. The academy provides extensive training in law enforcement skills, legal procedures, defensive tactics, and community policing, preparing recruits for the challenges of a career in public safety.

With the academy now complete, Officer Smith returns to the Hillsboro Police Department to begin 16 weeks of field training alongside experienced officers. During this phase, Smith will gain hands-on experience and continue developing the skills necessary to serve Hillsboro before transitioning to solo patrol duties.
