A caller reported a man wearing multiple trash bags operating a motorcycle at the dollar store who they believed was impaired. An officer made contact with the operator in the parking lot of McDonald's where the operator provided a false name. Arsenault was arrested and transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections until such time he could be brought before the court.
