While the Defendant walked out of the Hillsborough District Court for an unrelated matter he was taken into custody without incident on a Hillsboro PD warrant for allegedly providing false information while trying to purchase a firearm.  He was transported to Hillsboro PD where he was processed, booked and released with a future court date.
