The defendant was observed driving into a business parking lot on West Main Street by two off-duty police officers, one of whom was familiar with him and knew his license was revoked as a Habitual Offender.  The defendant was later observed getting into a ride-share vehicle and that vehicle was stopped; and the defendant was arrested.  During booking, it was determined he was on bail for driving related charges out of the Nashua District Court.  He refused bail and was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending arraignment.
