An officer observed a vehicle with defective equipment and conducted a traffic stop. Upon identification of the operator, it was discovered that individual had suspended operating privileges in the State of New Hampshire. The operator was subsequently arrested, and open containers of alcohol were later discovered during a vehicle inventory. The defendant was released on personal recognizance and provided a future court date.
