An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 77mph in a posted 55mph zone.  Upon making contact with the operator, the officer detected signs of alcohol impairment.  BUFFUM was arrested for DUI and transported to the police department for booking. BUFFUM was booked and released on PR bail with a future court date
