The Defendant had an active warrant from Hillsboro PD for two counts of Sex Offender-Failure to Register.  Concord PD arrested the Defendant on the Hillsboro PD warrant.  Custody was transferred to Hillsboro PD after which he was processed and booked.  He was later released with a summons to appear before the 6th Circuit Hillsborough District Court.
