An officer was called to a gas station on West Main Street for a report of a suspicious male. That male subsequently upon seeing the cruiser, covered his face with his sweatshirt. The male then provided a fake name to the officer. The officer was able to determine the real identity and attempted to take Moss into custody as he had an active arrest warrant for a probation violation. The male then resisted arrest and pulled away from the officer. The officer was able to take him into custody and Moss was ultimately transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.
