While conducting a DUI Enforcement Grant, a Hillsboro Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop for an observed traffic violation. Upon further investigation, the officer determined the defendant was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and subsequently placed the defendant under arrest. The defendant was then processed and released with a future court date.
