The gas leak has been controlled and all residents have been allowed to return.  The roadways in the area have been re-opened. 

Emergency crews are currently responding to a vehicle crash that has caused a large natural gas leak in the area of Quality Life Services on Friendship Street.

Evacuations are currently underway.

Residents and motorists are asked to avoid the area and use an alternate route while emergency crews work to secure the scene and address the gas leak.

Please do not enter the area unless directed to do so by emergency personnel.
