The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office announced today that Malachi Cornwall, 19, was arraigned on an Indictment returned by a Dutchess County Grand Jury, charging Mr. Cornwall with one count of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, a Class B Felony, one count of Assault in the First Degree, a Class B Felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, both Class C Felonies.
