Michael Brady, Chief Assistant District Attorney
Michael Brady has devoted the majority of his legal career to public service, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to justice and the rule of law. He began his career as a public defender before joining the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office, where he served for several years as a prosecutor handling a broad spectrum of criminal matters, including violent crimes, narcotics offenses, and sex crimes.
Following his tenure as a prosecutor, Chief Assistant Brady served as Principal Law Clerk to the Honorable Jessica Segal in Dutchess County Court, providing legal guidance and support on complex criminal cases. In his current role as Chief Assistant District Attorney, he plays a pivotal part in advancing District Attorney Parisi’s vision to modernize and strengthen the administration of justice in Dutchess County—overseeing organizational restructuring, the creation of new prosecutorial units, and the implementation of forward-thinking initiatives that enhance fairness and efficiency across the Office. Chief Assistant Brady earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Law School.
Andrea Long, Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney
Andrea is an accomplished career prosecutor who has served across all units of the District Attorney's Office, accumulating significant trial experience across a wide range of serious criminal matters, including homicides, violent crimes, sexual assaults, and drug offenses. Throughout her career, Andrea has successfully prosecuted some of the most complex and high-profile cases within the District Attorney’s Office. She has additionally presented countless matters before the Grand Jury throughout the course of her tenure. Prior to her current position, Andrea served as Unit Chief of the Major Crimes Unit, where she supervised the prosecution of the most serious felony matters in Dutchess County.
Andrea began her legal career with the District Attorney's Office in 2001 upon receiving her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Her dedication to public service and the safety of Dutchess County communities continues to guide her work.
Jennifer Fluck, Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney
Jennifer serves as a Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney, where she oversees the training and professional development of attorneys within the office, as well as the prosecution of vehicular crimes and the majority of misdemeanor offenses.
Prior to her current role, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in the office, handling a wide range of criminal matters, including vehicular crimes, violent felony offenses, and narcotics-related prosecutions. Throughout her career, she has been committed to public safety, accountability, and the fair administration of justice.
Before entering the legal profession, Jennifer worked for the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision as a Corrections Counselor and then an Offender Rehabilitation Coordinator. While working full-time, she attended law school in the evenings and earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Balancing a full-time career and legal education reinforced her commitment to a career in the criminal justice system and strengthened her dedication to public service. Her combined experience in corrections and prosecution provides her with a broad perspective on the criminal justice system and its impact on individuals and communities.
Erin J. Ginty, Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney
Erin J. Ginty is an attorney with diverse experience in both criminal prosecution and business affairs. Prior to joining District Attorney Parisi’s Executive Team, Erin served as Associate Counsel at Code and Theory, advising on high-value projects for Fortune 500 clients across industries like healthcare, sports, and finance in addition to guiding legal operations for digital transformation initiatives. Prior to her corporate experience, Erin worked as a prosecutor in the Dutchess County District Attorney’s office and previously worked in promotion and marketing at Capitol Records. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School, where she was Editor in Chief of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology.
Jeffrey Wright, Chief Investigator
Jeffrey Wright serves as the Chief Investigator for the District Attorney’s Office, bringing decades of law enforcement experience and investigative leadership to the role. Before joining the Office, he served as a City of Poughkeepsie police officer and advanced through the ranks to detective, where he led numerous complex criminal investigations. As Chief Investigator, he oversees the investigative division, ensuring that all matters are handled with thoroughness, integrity, and professionalism. His experience in policing, coupled with a deep commitment to justice, supports the Office’s mission to protect public safety and uphold the rule of law throughout Dutchess County.
Sinead McLoughlin, Director of the Communications, Community Engagement and Grant Initiatives Unit
Sinead McLoughlin serves as the Head of the Communications, Community Engagement, and Grant Initiatives Unit for the District Attorney’s Office. In this role, she oversees public communications, community partnerships, and strategic grant development that support the Office’s mission of transparency, innovation, and justice.
Before leading this Unit, Sinead served as a prosecutor for more than two decades, handling a wide range of criminal cases and developing a deep understanding of the justice system and the communities it serves. Drawing on that experience, Sinead now focuses on strengthening public trust, expanding community programs, and securing resources that enhance prosecutorial effectiveness and public safety.
Heidi Owens, Chief Financial Officer
Heidi Owens is the Chief Financial Officer for the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office, where she oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, fiscal planning, and grant administration. With a strong background in public sector finance and a commitment to fiscal transparency, Heidi plays a vital role in supporting the Office’s mission to pursue justice and protect public safety. She ensures that resources are managed efficiently and in compliance with county and state regulations.
Heidi has worked for Dutchess County since 2010 and has been with the District Attorney’s Office since 2015. A resident of Dutchess County since 2004, she brings both professional expertise and a deep commitment to the community she serves.
Jessica Edwards, Executive Assistant to the District Attorney
Jessica Edwards serves as the Executive Assistant to the District Attorney, coordinating the efforts of the executive team and playing an integral role in the daily operations of the District Attorney’s Office. She brings over 20 years of Justice Court experience from both Dutchess and Putnam Counties. A resident of Dutchess County since 1986, Jessica is deeply committed not only to the mission of the Office but also to the community she proudly calls home.
Kristi Farley, Director of Operations and Logistics
Kristi Farley serves as the Director of Operations and Logistics for the District Attorney’s Office, bringing nearly two decades of dedication, leadership, and institutional knowledge to the role. Over her 19-year career, she has advanced from Program Assistant to Principal Program Assistant and now Director of Operations, overseeing budgeting, personnel, technology, and office logistics to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively. Kristi takes pride in helping the District Attorney's Office serve the Dutchess County community with integrity, fairness, and a deep commitment to justice.
