The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office announced today that Timothy Henion, 34, was arraigned on an Indictment returned by a Dutchess County Grand Jury charging Mr. Henion with three counts of Vehicular Assault in the First Degree, all Class D Felonies, three counts of Driving While Intoxicated, all Class E Felonies, and five counts of Assault in the Third Degree, all Class A Misdemeanors.
