Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi announces today that Mark Dedaj, 34, plead guilty in Dutchess County Court to Manslaughter in the First Degree, a Class B Felony, in violation of Penal Law Section 125.20, subdivision (1), for causing the death of his sister, Maureen Nelson-Lanzi.
